Ubisoft recently revealed how Assassin's Creed Valhalla will continue after the release. Two major expansions and four free content updates are planned for the first year.
As usual for the franchise, Assassin's Creed Valhalla will also have a Season Pass. There will be two major expansions within the first year of release, one taking you to Ireland and the other to France. Ubisoft presented the post-launch content in a trailer:
The first major expansion in history will take place in Ireland. in the Spring 2021 appears Wrath of the Druids and let you and Eivor experience Irish history and folklore. The eponymous druid cult is of course up to no good and needs the attention of a Viking and assassin.
in the Summer 2021 you can then fight in one of the greatest battles in Viking history. In The Siege of Paris you besiege the capital of France and of course Eivor's skills as an assassin are also required.
The Season Pass is chargeable (40 euros each) and is part of the Gold, Ultimate and Collectors Edition of Assassin's Creed Valhalla. With Sesaon Pass there is the quest right at the launch "The Legend of Beowulf". In the Scandinavian legend, Beowulf kills the monster Grendel who is terrorizing a Danish kingdom. Beowulf then kills Grendel's mother, who is looking for revenge. The Gautical hero has a third big fight against a dragon, which he wins only fatally wounded.
In the course of the year it will too four free content updates give. This includes, on the one hand, the Yule Festival, which you can celebrate in your settlement, and special raids with the longboat.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla appears on November 10, 2020 for PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC and two days later for the PS5.
