It is still unclear why the well-known and successful Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect was permanently banned. An insider now speaks of "serious criminal elements" and that no streaming service speaks to him anymore.
It is still a mystery why the successful TwitchStreamers Dr Disrespect recently got a lifetime ban just a few months after making their million dollar deal with the streaming platform. The streamer, known by the real name Herschel "Guy" Beahm, is silent and says that Twitch did not explain exactly what led to his ban.
Was a crime the reason for Dr Disrespect's ban?
The industry insider Rod "Slasher" Breslau apparently knows more. When asked about a live stream on Dr Disrespect and a possible switch to Youtube, he said: "Nobody speaks to Dr Disrepect. Youtube does not speak to Dr Disrepect, this discussion [about the switch] … I can confirm that this did not happen . "
He further said that "serious criminal elements" led to his Twitch lock and that it was not a matter of switching to another platform. Rod "Slasher" Breslau would like to tell what he knows, but doesn't dare. He fears that he will receive a defamation report. However, he said that he would like to work with a magazine or website to tell the story.
However, the publisher would then have to assure him that he would get his support. "This requires compensation that I want and that is fairly difficult to obtain, and that means that I need legal protection from the publication for which I would publish the thing – for anything that happens afterwards."
So what exactly happened and what led to the spell of the Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect is still in the dark.
