Nintendo flooded all fans with new announcements with the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct. We have summarized all the highlights in the message for you. Among other things, the long-awaited 3D Mario collection for Nintendo Switch is due to be released in a few days.

Surprisingly, Nintendo today released a Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct with numerous new announcements. In the coming months, fans can look forward to many new games with the Nintendo mascot. We have summarized all revelations including the trailer for you in this message.

Super Mario 3D All-Stars

After many rumors, the collection of earlier classics has now been confirmed, including Super Mario 3D All-Stars. Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy will be in the package. All titles have been specially optimized for Nintendo Switch – including improved controls and a higher resolution. There is also an in-game music player with the soundtrack of the games.

Super Mario 3D All-Stars will appear in stores as early as September 18, 2020. According to Nintendo, this is a limited release. Accordingly, the game and the digital version will only be available in stores until the end of March 2021.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury

A new edition of Super Mario 3D World was also expected. The Wii-U title will get some extras on Nintendo Switch. Among other things, fans can look forward to an online co-op multiplayer. At the end of the trailer, an expansion will be announced with Bowser's Fury, about which more information will be available soon. The new edition will be released on February 12, 2021 for Nintendo Switch.

Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, Super Mario Bros. 35 & a new Game & Watch

On October 16, 2020, Nintendo will release Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, a spin-off of the series that combines the real and virtual world. The trailer explains everything you need to know about the new game for Nintendo Switch. The kart set can be purchased with either Mario or Luigi for a price of 99.99 euros.

Super Mario Bros. 35 is a competitive online title that pits a total of 35 players against each other to be the last Mario to survive. The game will be available digitally for all Nintendo Switch Online members from October 1st, 2020. Here too, the title should disappear again on March 31, 2021.

It's getting really retro with the Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros. The device will be able to play Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels, among others. An exclusive version of Ball with Super Mario is also included.

Events, products and Super Mario All-Stars for NSO members

Finally, fans can look forward to numerous events and products that will be launched in the coming weeks and months. Nintendo Switch Online members can also play Super Mario All-Stars through the SNES catalog starting today. The Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct can be found below.
