Ubisoft announces an Anno History Collection. The game collection contains optimized versions of the classic construction Anno 1602, Anno 1503, Anno 1701 and Anno 1404. For the revised Anno classics, Ubisoft promises, for example, 4K resolutions, expanded multiplayer functions and support for multiple screens. Ubisoft confirms an Anno History Collection. The game collection contains technically improved versions of the classics Anno 1602, Anno 1503, Anno 1701 and Anno 1404 – all games are adapted for modern systems. The additions to the collection are also included: New Islands and New Adventures for Anno 1602, Monsters, Treasures and Pirates for Anno 1503, The Curse of the Dragon for Anno 1701 and Venice for Anno 1404. According to Ubisoft, players can choose 4K -Resolutions look forward, which makes the cities "look even more magnificent than before".

The Anno History Collection also contains updated and expanded multiplayer functions including matchmaking systems. Anno 1503 is finally getting an official online multiplayer mode – 18 years after its release. In addition, old saves are supported: You can import your savegames from the classics into the optimized versions. There are also frameless window modes and support for multiple screens.
The Anno History Collection appears both digitally and in a box version in stores. The digital version of the Anno History Collection contains bonus content such as soundtracks and backgrounds as well as company logos and an ornament for Anno 1800. The box version also contains two exclusive double-sided production chain posters and an exclusive lithograph with gold embossing. The release is scheduled for June 25th.
