There are fights in many games – sometimes with a sword, sometimes with your bare hands or with heavy weapons, but words can also punch in properly. This has been known at the latest since a certain battle in Monkey Island, which, like that, will shape part of Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

"You fight like a stupid farmer!", "No words describe your ugliness" or "Do you still wear diapers?" Do you seem familiar? When you played Monkey Island, you had to respond to these and other insults so that you could put your duel partner in your pocket. But how do you get the idea of building in a fight like this?

The whole thing is based on legends and customs, because such oral “battles” actually took place frequently in the distant past. This event should also have a permanent place in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

It's hard to believe, but Assassin's Creed can be summarized quickly in principle.

In AC Valhalla you can scold like a pipe sparrow

In a Twitter video, Assassin's Creed Valhalla creative director Ashraf Ismail answered questions from fans. Reddit user Kalaap took the opportunity and inquired about how "flyting fights" would be implemented in the game.

Ismail says that protagonist Eivor may face these battles here and there. "You have to find the right answer, the one with the right rhythm," he explained.

Seems like some new features are waiting for us in the upcoming Assassin’s Creed game. What do you think of the change that the series has undergone in recent years? Are you looking forward to Valhalla? Please write us your opinion in the comments.
