Baldur's Gate 3: Mod lets you create even wackier characters – game updates
The character editor of Baldur's Gate 3 already offers you many possibilities to create a hero. But a mod now allows you a lot more.
Larian Studios wanted to give you lots of opportunities to create really wacky characters in Baldur's Gate 3. But most of the players have apparently decided on a standard character, which is why the team has already called for the creation of completely wacky heroes. With a new mod you get even more options when designing your character.
The Custom Character Enhancer from AlanaSP offers you additional options for every race and gender, such as new faces, hairstyles or horns for Tieflings. This allows even more interesting characters to be created. To install the modification, first upload the 59 KB file Nexus mods down. Then unzip it to "Documents Larian Studios Baldur's Gate 3 Mods ". Then you open the readme file. There you will find some lines that you have to add to the modsettings.lsx file. You can find this file under "Documents Larian Studios Baldur's Gate 3 PlayerProfiles " Your Current Profile "". You can open .lsx files easily with the Windows editor (Notepad). If there are problems, then the file opens as an administrator.
Incidentally, this is not the only mod that has already been released for the early access version of the role-playing game Baldur's Gate. You can find more interesting modifications on Nexusmods. Including that you can play goblins, minotaurs or gnomes, armor is changed, there is a Reshade mod, which is supposed to improve the graphics or a rebalancing of the rules of D&D. Just have a look at the Nexusmods page in the area of Baldur's Gate 3.
