CoD: Black Ops Cold War – Activision is giving away beta keys for a short time
This week Activision and Treyarch officially revealed Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. In addition to pre-ordering, there is another way to get beta keys this weekend.
For the beta of the new Call of Duty, all you have to do is watch people play the old Call of Duty and get some luck. If you want a beta key for CoD: Black Ops Cold War, you can get one at the Call of Duty League championships.
From August 29th to 30th compete against the best Modern Warfare teams. Spectators have the opportunity get random and time-dependent drops. Among them are Sprays and emblems, there is also one Blueprint for a combat knife.
Most interesting, however, are those 10,000 beta keysthat will be distributed over the weekend. For this it is necessary that you have your Activision account with the CDL page connected and select your platform there, i.e. Battle.net, PlayStation or Xbox. Then you have to the live streams either via the Website or follow the Call of Duty Companion app. You can find instructions and conditions here.
These keys are distributed completely randomly for one minute of watching.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be released on November 13, 2020 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. For the release of the next generation of consoles, there will be a next-gen version, but with a surcharge.
