Apparently, WoW: Burning Crusade Classic will appear on June 1st, 2021. At least an ad from Blizzard in the Battle.net launcher briefly showed this date.

Who needs official announcements when you can accidentally reveal important dates? At Blizzard, at least, it is now almost good form that players know what is coming and what is coming before any press releases. Let’s just take that one Pre-Patch-Termin für WoW: Burning Crusade Classic, which was discovered by dataminers back in March.

May 18 still fits very well if we look at the latest Blizzard leak: For a short time there was an advertisement for WoW in the Blizzard Launcher (buy now 14,99 € ): Watch the Burning Crusade Classic which says we will be returning to Outland on June 1st. A release date two weeks after the pre-patch? That fits (even if some players would like to enjoy the pre-patch phase longer)!

Shortly after screenshots went viral with the ad, Blizzard removed the ad from Battle.net. After all, you only show something like that to the world after (!) The official announcement, right, Blizzard ?! As soon as the developers submit this, we will update this message. It shouldn’t take too long, after all, it’s not too long until May 18th.
