Gearbox Software releases a new update for Borderlands 3. The hotfix unlocks the event Galactic Loot on Eden-6. This increases the likelihood that certain types of legendary prey will appear in a zone of the planet. The new update also fixes a problem with the loot in Chaos mode 2.0. We have the patch notes for the new hotfix in the article. Borderlands 3 is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
A new update is available for Borderlands 3. The hotfix is played automatically via the menu: Remain in the main menu of the first person shooter until a sign appears that indicates that the hotfixes have been applied. Then the installation process is finished. The developers have already released the patch notes. With the patch, Gearbox Software unlocks the Galactic Loot event on Eden-6. This increases the likelihood that certain types of legendary prey will appear in a zone of the planet.
Each of these zones is assigned a specific legendary weapon type (pistol, shotgun, SMG, assault rifle, sniper rifle or heavy weapon). In some cases, the chance of legendary equipment increases, including class mods, artifacts, shields or grenade mods. The event on Eden-6 runs until May 14th. Nekrotafeyo follows in the coming week. The current update for Borderlands 3 also features bug fixes.
This is how the patch fixes a problem with the chaos modifier galaxy brain. This sometimes led to the grave guard dropping her prey in places the player couldn't reach. The hotfix also contains a bugfix for chaos mode. So it could happen at all chaos levels that opponents dropped less loot than intended. With the new update, the error should be a thing of the past. Borderlands 3 is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The details of the new update come from the website of the loot shooter. (buy now for € 39.79)
