Infinity Ward is releasing a new update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. The modes available in both first person shooters rotate with the playlist update. New in Modern Warfare: Search & Rescue. Here you collect the dog tags from teammates who have been shot down in order to be able to revive them. The patch notes also indicate that Modern Warfare is returning to ground warfare on foot. In Warzone, on the other hand, the loot mode is active for groups of four. The new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone Update is here: Infinity Ward has released the playlist update for the two first-person shooters. They use the short message service Twitter to share the patch notes – and with them the changes to the individual playlists. In Modern Warfare, you can now let off steam in Search & Rescue. Here, fallen players leave dog tags on the floor. Collect them to revive fellow players. If you get your hands on the opposing players' dog tags, they will be permanently eliminated for the current round. In addition, the game mode Ground War on Foot is available in Modern Warfare.

The update also adds SpecOps Brimstone (Modified). Ground war reinforcements are also in the first person shooter. The in-game event Games of Summer is active until September 7th. Here you fight for points for your country and collect rewards, including legendary blueprints. To conclude on September 7th, the developers have announced an event with double XP, double weapon XP and double Battle Pass progress.
