Cyberpunk 2077 will be available in stores on December 10th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Because of the implementation for the standard versions of the PS4 and Xbox One, the game had to be postponed again in the end. CD Projekt Red's CEO Adam Kiciński spoke at an investor meeting about the performance of Cyberpunk 2077 on the two weakest consoles.
Accordingly, owners of this hardware shouldn't worry because the game should run "surprisingly well" there too, considering the huge world of Cyberpunk 2077. Nevertheless, this statement sounds like that gamers have to expect at least a few small limitations in performance. According to Adam Kiciński, the last days of the performance should have helped again. Thanks to the backward compatibility, Cyberpunk 2077 (buy now € 58.19 ) Be compatible with PS5 and Xbox Series X / S right from the launch. In the next year there should be a real next-gen version.
The upgrade will be free for all owners of the game. Extensions and a multiplayer component are also currently in development. Most recently, the creators also showed the first gameplay of the two console versions. First there was material for Xbox One X and Xbox Series X shown. Then it was also the turn of the implementation on PS4 Pro and PS5. During the investor meeting, those responsible once again confirmed that the long-awaited Cyberpunk 2077 will appear in stores on December 10, 2020.
