Cyberpunk 2077: Current beta invitations are fake

from Andreas Bertits
CD Projekt Red is currently warning of fake invitations to an alleged beta of the action RPG Cyberpunk 2077. If you receive an email like this, it is best to delete it immediately.

Apparently, emails with alleged invitations to a beta of the action RPG are currently being released Cyberpunk 2077 sent around. Be careful because this is a fake!

Pay attention to fake invitations

CD Projekt Red explains that you should look at the email address of this invitation. Official emails come from CDProjektRed.com. The developers are also targeting content creators, who are probably already hoping to receive an invitation to finally start streaming. According to CD Projekt Red, streamers and Youtubers are contacted directly and not through any dubious agency.

So you should now be invited to a beta of Cyberpunk 2077 (buy now for € 58.19) then it is almost certainly a fake. Always pay attention to the sender!

Senior level designer Miles Tost also announced that the developers have improved the combat system of the action RPG. Especially in terms of destructible environments. You can now destroy even more, which should make the fights particularly spectacular. Other Netrunners will also try to hack you.

In addition, you can run amok in the city, which will then draw the attention of the police to you. You will then be branded as cyberpsycho. You can always find such cyber psychos as NPCs in the city. This can lead to fights or other events. In the course of the story you also come into contact with such people. How you deal with these cyber psychos is up to you.

In general, your decisions have a strong impact on the story. But not only your decisions, but also your chosen life path and the skills you learn have an impact on the progress of the game.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on November 19 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
