In the world of Night City, gamers will encounter multiple clothing styles in Cyberpunk 2077 that have shaped the past few decades in their own way. Our overview shows you which four styles are involved in detail. But not only the clothes, but also the architecture, technology and characters from those times can still be found in Night City today.
Elements of "kitsch" can be found in the city since the early 2000s. This style is all about getting as much attention as possible with bright colors and cheap clothes. From the 2020s, "Entropism" also made it into the world of Night City. This is the style of poverty where necessity takes precedence over aesthetics. Entropism is especially prevalent in the neglected corners of Night City.
In the mid-2030s, "Neomilitarism" made a name for itself. This style is mostly used by the big Cyberpunk 2077 corporations (buy now € 53.60 ) utilized. The focus here is on quality. The city center of Night City with the many dark skyscrapers and the corresponding employees is exemplary. It was not until the beginning of the 2070s that the city's wealthy introduced another elitist style, "Neokitsch". With mansions and their lives in abundance, these Night City residents show off their limitless wealth.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be available in stores from December 10th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Thanks to backward compatibility, the title can also be played on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S with small improvements. You can find our test on the website and in the video below.
