Darth Vader makes an incredible discovery in a new comic

In a new Star Wars comic about Darth Vader, the Dark Lord of the Sith meets a person from his past who was long ago dead. Nobody expected this return.

Marvel has the first edition of a new one Starwars-Comic series published, which revolves around Darth Vader and readers can expect a big surprise.

Caution! Spoilers follow here!

The events of the comic start after the movie Star Wars: Episode 5 – The Empire Strikes Back. Darth Vader searches for anyone who hides Luke Skywalker from him. His search initially led him to Tatooine. There he visits the Lars family farm and the grave of his mother Shmi when he is attacked by some bandits. Darth Vader would not be the Dark Lord of the Sith if he did not make short work of the attackers.

Vader then travels to Coruscant, where he searches the sealed rooms of his late wife Padme. There he finds that all security records have disappeared since her death, but that someone was guarding the rooms. The trail leads Darth Vader to the planet Vendaxa, where he makes an incredible discovery: he meets Padme, who threatens him with a blaster.

Does that mean Padme is still alive? Or is it a doppelganger? The comic ends here and leaves the reader with the open questions. They now have to wait until the next edition to find out what the supposed return of Padme is all about.
