Diablo 4: Blizzard is probably introducing a new class at BlizzCon – games up to date
Diablo 4 will be a theme at BlizzCon in February 2021. And it seems we can look forward to the introduction of a new class.
The campfire scene is expanded
The entry on Blizzard's current blog on Diablo 4 states, "Our next update will be during BlizzCon and not in the form of a blog. We have read speculation about what it might be and we want to assure you that it is something really big. Without spoiling the surprise, let's just say it's a new take on the campfire scene we showed you at last BlizzCon. "
The campfire scene shows the previously known classes:
For the release you should be able to choose your hero from five classes. So we don't know two yet. It is therefore absolutely conceivable that we will see the campfire scene from Diablo 4, but with four classes. It is possible that this is the necromancer. But the witch doctor, the crusader, the monk or the Amazon would also be possible.
It is unlikely that Blizzard will name a release date for Diablo 4 soon. We can probably not expect the Hack 'n Slay to launch before 2022 anyway. Before that, the mobile game Diablo: Immortal should first appear. We should find out more about this at BlizzCon, which will take place digitally on February 19 and 20. Recently, Blizzard also announced more information about items in Diablo 4, stating that the way items work will make the hunt for prey a little different.
What Blizzard is showing about Diablo 4 at BlizzCon in February 2021 is sure to be very exciting.
