Dune: These are the new pictures

Left to right: Lady Jessica (Rebecca Ferguson), Chani (Zendaya), Stilgar (Javier Bardem) and Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet). All four wear sophisticated distill suits designed to keep the loss of body fluid as low as possible.

The young Paul Atreides in the palace of Arrakeen, shortly after the move from Caladan to Arrakis.

The left picture shows Liet Kynes (Sharon Duncan-Brewster, the imperial planetologist on Arrakis. In contrast to the book, Liet is a woman in the remake. In the first adaptation of David Lynch, the role of Max von Sydow was played. The second picture shows Gunsmith Gurney Halleck (Josh Brolin) during a training session on Caladan.

Pictured left: Denis Villeneuve, director, producer and co-writer of Dune. Villeneuve has made a name for itself with widely acclaimed films such as Blade Runner 2049, Arrival and Sicario. At his side: main actor Timothée Chalamet, who likes his talent with films Call Me by Your Name, the drug drama Beautiful boy or the Netflix production The King has impressively demonstrated.

In this scene Paul meets Venerable Mother Gaius Helen Mohiam (Charlotte Rampling) for the first time. She is going to put Paul through a painful test using a mysterious box and a poisoned needle called Gom Jabbar. This scene can also be seen in the trailer.

Paul and Chani, presumably on the way to the protective Sietch, a refuge for the Fremen.
