The upcoming Wastelanders update for Bethesda's Fallout 76 online game doesn't just introduce NPCs. You also get to know allies who are in your C.A.M.P. settle.

That with the Wastelanders update NPCs in Bethesda's online game Fallout 76 is known. Now the developer studio also introduced allies that play a special role.

Friends and loved ones

During your adventures in Fallout 76 (buy now) get to know allies. These special NPCs not only have an interesting background story that you can fathom, they also provide you with quests and will be in your C.A.M.P. settle. You have to create a special object for each of the allies. Once you have done this, the person lives in your C.A.M.P. under even defended this. Beckett, for example, would like to have his own bar. If you build it for him, you can have drinks there, listen to Beckett's stories and accept quests from him.

Your allies provide you with new tasks every day that give you XP and loot. Bethesda even gives an indication that romances may be possible. We already know that from Fallout 4. You can be the ally who is in your C.A.M.P. also exchange with someone else at any time if you want to listen to a new NPC's story or get to know him better. The allies are said to make Fallout 76 more interesting and lively. However, they do not accompany you during your travels.

The Wastelanders update for Fallout 76 will be released on April 7th for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
