In recent months, among other things, the film industry has had to struggle with the global pandemic – the second season of the Netflix series The Witcher also left its mark. After a break, filming can finally continue.

The Witcher (series on Netflix)

Up and down at The Witcher

It's not the first time filming The Witcher has had to be put on hold. For the production, this means a loss of time, possibly time pressure, and every now and then they have no choice but to cast new roles if the actors' schedule does not allow otherwise.

The team behind the second season of The Witcher also recently had to take another break and reschedule, because employees had contracted the virus.

Finally it goes on

Well, there is good news as filming has continued at Arborfield Studios since last week. Thanks to Sara Talib there is too a reunion with Geralt (Henry Cavill) and Yennefer (Anya Chalotra)who recently filmed a scene with horses in cold England.

When the series will be finished and appear on Netflix remains to be seen and depends on how well the filming is going. Are you looking forward to the second season of The Witcher or do you prefer to stick with the games? Feel free to write us your opinion in the Facebook comments.
