Justice League was originally planned as a trilogy. But when director Zack Snyder left the project and Joss Whedon took over for him, everything changed. The flick didn't go down as well as hoped and Warner Bros. discontinued the sequels. The new, four-hour version of Zack Snyder will open a door for sequels.

The Justice League story could go on

"What inspired (Joker's) look was the kind of post-apocalyptic world that I'm a huge fan of, and the idea was that the next movie – if there ever was, and it doesn't look like it – but if there is If there was one, it would be mostly set in this world where they are trying to get things right again. (The sequence) isn't too long, but it definitely does what I wanted the story to do. Beyond that, I think that it is a spoiler, "explains Zack Snyder in an interview about the appearance of the Joker in the trailer.

He goes on to say, "Well, (the original Justice League plan) went through two more films … (The Snyder cut) suggests a possibly different world. I planted the seeds for what will be in the later films But as for those stories – if that ever happens, which it doesn't look like – I could talk about that for a very long time … The movie ends on a massive cliffhanger. "

It's unlikely that we'll see the other two Justice League films. After all, Superman is said to have rebooted and Batman is also currently experiencing one. Should be the Snyder cut from Justice League (buy now € 9.79 ) but really well received … who knows, maybe Warner Bros. would agree to a sequel after all.
