Final Fantasy 7 Remake: 4K on PS4 Pro, HDR support on both PS4s
Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy 7 Remake will run in 4K on a PlayStation 4 Pro. HDR support is also included. This feature will be available on both PS4 consoles. On April 10, 2020, the new role-playing game will be released exclusively for PS4. The launch trailer was also released today.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake fans will have to wait another week for the role-playing game to be released. In advance, the makers of Square Enix have now released further details on the screen resolution. The team confirmed via Twitter that Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be playable in 4K on a PlayStation 4 Pro. However, the tweet did not indicate whether this is native or highly rendered 4K. And Square Enix also spoke about HDR support.
The new edition will play on both PS4 consoles with HDR. Only one year after the release on April 10, 2020 will the exclusive rights of the remake expire. After that, the title could also appear on other platforms. For the time being, Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be exclusively available for PlayStation 4. The launch trailer for the new edition was only released today. If you are a little sensitive with smaller spoilers (not those from the original), then you should probably not look at the trailer. Everyone else will find the new video below the message.
