It seems that the digital art book for the Final Fantasy 7 remake gives us an insight into the weapons from the upcoming episode 2. But it would also be possible that the new weapons will be introduced via DLC.

The Final Fantasy 7 remake inspires fans and raises many questions. For example, whether it is really a remake. While players are now waiting for episode 2, we may have received clues as to which weapons await us in the sequel.

Does the artbook show weapons from Episode 2?

In the digital artbook of the Final Fantasy 7 remake, which is included in the Digital Deluxe Edition, you can see a number of conceptual drawings of weapons that are not found in the game. Players now suspect that these may be weapons, which we will see in Episode 2 of the game. Or they may be introduced with DLCs. So far, however, no additional content has been announced.

It is currently unclear how the players will transfer their progress from the first game to the other parts or whether this is even possible. You may also have to start over at every game. The developers have not yet commented on this. In general, Part 2 of the Final Fantasy 7 remake is still the big question mark. When does it appear? How big is it? Is there an open game world? So far we only know that the development work has already started.
