"I started working on Gears of War 15 years ago. It has been one of the greatest joys of my life since that day. But now is the time for a new adventure. I leave Gears in the good hands of The Coalition and can't wait for everyone to play Gears Tactics on April 28. (…) Starting in March I will join Blizzard to monitor the Diablo brand, the farewell is bittersweet as I have our Gears family, the Love fans and everyone at The Coalition and Xbox. Thank you, it was an honor and a pleasure to work with all of you. "
