AMD and Nvidia regularly released new driver packages for their graphics cards for a variety of occasions, such as on the part of Nvidia because of the Releases the GeForce GTX 1660 Super or because of a new blockbuster game like Star Wars: The Fallen Order (here our test). With the GeForce Game Ready drivers in the version 441.4 Nvidia has now again provided a driver package for download. The Download size for the version that is compatible with Windows 10 (64-bit) is a good 573 megabytes,
Optimizations for games and image sharpening
As game-ready features, Nvidia announces optimizations and fixes for Halo: Reach and the Quake II RTX v1.2 update. The latter provides qualitative improvements in ray tracing and textures. Likewise, Nvidia addresses the still quite new image sharpening in the release notes. Among other things, this should improve the sharpness in DirectX titles – now there is the feature in OpenGL and volcano-based games. Compatible are the GeForce Game Ready drivers 441.41 to all Nvidia GeForce graphics cards from the GT 600 series. The Titan graphics card models are of course also supported by the driver package.
