Last week, the GeForce RTX 3080, the first of three new graphics cards from Nvidia, went on sale. From Thursday the flagship – the RTX 3090 – will be available from various dealers. The company is now prepared for another run on the Nvidia store. In Germany, the Founders Edition of the RTX 3090 will be available for 1,499 euros.

At the beginning of the month we took a look at the data from Nvidia's flagship. This week a first benchmark leak also made the rounds, which took a closer look at the performance of the graphics card. In a direct duel with the RTX 3080, the RTX 3090 should bring about 19 percent more performance. In the games tested here in 4K at the highest settings, the FPS improvement was usually 10 percent on average.
In October 2020, the GeForce RTX 3070 is expected to go on sale. The cheapest model in the series should be just above the RTX 2080 Ti in terms of performance.
