Ghostbusters The Video Game Remastered: Coming soon on Steam – Gamesaktuell

Saber Interactive already published last year the remastered version of Ghostbusters: The Video Game on consoles and the PC. However, the latter happened exclusively in the Epic Games Store due to a corresponding agreement. Anyone who avoids this platform – for whatever reason – will soon have the opportunity to buy the PC version elsewhere.

The exclusive deal with the Epic Games Store is expiring these days. From November 17, 2020 you can check out Ghostbusters: The Video Game (buy now € 17.45 ) Remastered also increase via Steam. There you can already put the PC version of the action adventure on your wish list. It is not yet known whether there will be a (short) pre-order phase.

The focus of Ghostbusters: The Video Game is a story that goes directly to the events of the second movie, which premiered in 1989. You slip into the role of a new ghost hunter who is trained by the old masters Peter Venkman, Raymond Stantz, Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddemore. In order to provide the cinematic flair, the actors Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson gave the respective characters their voice. The remastered version does not offer any new content, but offers at least some graphical improvements over the original from 2009.
