Accordingly, GTA 5 was the most downloaded game at Christmas 2019 – the best-selling title digitally. This applies at least to Europe and the regions of Australia, Africa and the Middle East. Although the report mentioned at the beginning does not give specific figures, it is still an impressive achievement from a game of this age – after all, it is already the sixth Christmas business for Grand Theft Auto 5. Even the much more up-to-date FIFA 20 could not keep up in this regard be satisfied with second place.
However, the physical sales figures for the EMEAA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) are somewhat different.
