The console version of the digital trading card game Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is about to go out. As the responsible developer studio CD Projekt RED has announced, the support ends already on December 9, 2019 – ie the next Monday. Accordingly, there are no more updates from this day on and real money transactions are no longer possible. In the future, the team wants to focus more on the PC and mobile variants of the game, which are apparently much more popular.
"Considering that PC and Mobile are the most popular platforms among players, we have made the hard decision to stop supporting the console versions of the game."
