On August 27, 2020 – this Thursday – the remastered version of the role-playing game Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch will be launched. In line with the launch, we can present you an overview of the first international tests including the respective ratings at this point, so that you can get an idea of the mood.
This may not be as positive as Square Enix had hoped beforehand. Many testers praise the improved optics of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered and the more modern sheen of the role-playing game associated with it. In addition, the single-player part comes off quite well, even if some editors believe that it has not aged quite as well. There is also positive feedback on the new content. However, there are some serious problems with the online multiplayer part of the RPG as well as a lack of features and quality. Many of the authors consider this a major point of criticism.
