An Activision shooter called The Red Door has appeared in the Microsoft Store, which is probably related to the Alpha of Call of Duty 2020. Some time ago, the name was discovered along with a new serial number for a PlayStation game. The unveiling of the new shooter could be imminent.

Publisher Activision still hasn't shared any details about the next Call of Duty game with the fans. Lots of rumors about a new branch of the series called Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War there have been enough in the past few weeks. Another clue may have appeared in the Microsoft Store, which may indicate that the title will be revealed soon. Here is an Activision shooter with the mysterious title "The Red Door" listed. Translated in the description:

"There is more than one truth. If you are looking for answers, get ready to question everything and accept that nothing will be the way it used to be. The Red Door awaits you, do you dare to go through it?"

At the current time it is The Red Door product page still available on the Microsoft Store. The title's mysterious description also suggests that this is probably not an unintentional mistake in which a game was revealed too early. For the connection with Call of Duty 2020, however, we have to go back one month. Here was on the SerialStation website released a new serial number for a PlayStation game. The name "The Red Door" has already been mentioned here too – including the ending "COD2020INTALPHA1".

The Red Door is therefore probably the Alpha for Call of Duty 2020. We will of course keep you up to date with new information here.
