Is there a presentation due in August? New rumors surfaced

from Dominik Zwingmann
According to current rumors, there could be a new Nintendo presentation in August. Details of this event are not yet known. For some time now, a supposed reissue of previous 3D Mario classics has been reported again and again, which should appear as a collection for Nintendo Switch. Perhaps we will soon have an announcement of these titles.

It is still a big secret which Nintendo titles will be released for Nintendo Switch at the end of the year. A few weeks ago, there were several new announcements for a Nintendo Direct Mini, but these only focused on third-party studios. Now, however, there might be a new presentation this month that will provide us with new information.

VentureBeat editor Jeff Grubb is on Twitter released an update to its calendar indicating a Nintendo event between August 11 and 22, 2020. Jeff Grubb is one of the most reliable sources in the industry and may have already received some inside information here. In his calendar, the editor called the event "Wild Card: Nintendo" – it is therefore unclear whether it is a Nintendo Direct or another type of presentation.

There have been rumors for a long time that Nintendo is working on a new edition of Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy, all of which are to appear in a collection for the plumber's 35th anniversary for Nintendo Switch. A deluxe version of Super Mario 3D World is also planned for 2020. We will keep you up to date with new details. A few days ago, Nintendo released Paper Mario: The Origami King, a new branch of the role-playing series. We have included our test video below.
