The recently released co-op game It Takes Two hit both fans as well as in the trade press very good. In the test by PC Games there was at least a 9/10 rating. However, the development studio Hazelight does not want to rest on this success. On the contrary, it should even serve as an incentive to go a step further with the next game.
That comes from an interview of the magazine Push Square with the game director Josef Fares. He talked about the future of the studio and its next project. Not very reluctantly, he said:
“If you ask me about our next game, I can tell you now that it will be even better than It Takes Two (buy now /37,99 € ). It will be so crazy. That shows how confident I am about it. I like the concept. People are blown away. “
Josef Fares is known for always speaking in the most flowery words about the current projects of the Hazelight developer studio. He is not stingy with superlatives, so his statements should always be treated with a certain degree of caution. However, he has often followed up his full-bodied promises with deeds, as the most recent example in the form of It Takes Two has impressively demonstrated.
What exactly Hazelight is currently working on, Fares was not elicited in the interview. Since the release of It Takes Two was only a few weeks ago, it will probably be a while before there are first details about the new game. As soon as that is the case, you will of course find them immediately in our news section.
