Universal Pictures and MGM are shortening the waiting time for the upcoming cinema release with a new trailer for James Bond 007: No Time to Die. For the last time we will see actor Daniel Craig here in the lead role in front of the camera. The 25th film in the series is also the fifth appearance by Daniel Craig. His films have grossed over $ 3.1 billion at the box office in recent years. Skyfall even broke the billion mark for the first time in 2012.
We will only find out in the future what box office results the new Bond film will bring in at the time of the coronavirus pandemic. No time to die will be shown in German cinemas from November 12, 2020. The film was originally scheduled to open in April 2020. This time the director was Cary Joji Fukunaga.
At the beginning of the film, James Bond is actually enjoying his retirement in Jamaica – but his old CIA colleague Felix Leiter asks him for help in kidnapping a scientist. During the mission, James Bond comes across an adversary who is in possession of dangerous new technology. The antagonist is embodied by Rami Malek, who can also be seen in the new trailer together with Léa Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Christoph Waltz and Ana de Armas. The script of No Time to Die comes from the 007 veterans Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, among others.
