Blizzard wants to detoxify the level phase with the upcoming WoW expansion Shadowlands. The Shadowlands Alpha already offers a first taste of what twink fans can expect from patch 9.0. We tell you how long the level phase in Shadowlands is expected to last.
If you want to level a twink in WoW Shadowlands, you can look forward to some innovations. Because instead of having to grind from level 1 to level 120 or a theoretical level 130, Blizzard instead introduces a level squeeze and reduces level 120 to level 50. But that's not all: leveling from level 1 to level 50 will not be that long last as from level 1 to level 120.
The player has exactly how long it takes DesMephisto already tried in the Alpha by Shadowlands (via Vanion). He created a new character in Alpha and leveled it from level 1 to level 50. He has not used any level bonuses and has completely foregone heirlooms. He also upgraded his character only through quests.
The whole thing lasted 12 hours and 16 minutes or in detail:
- Starting island "Exile": one hour
- Level 10 to Level 20: one hour and 33 minutes
- Level 20 to Level 30: two hours and 24 minutes
- Level 30 to level 40: five hours and eight minutes
- Level 40 to level 50: four hours and eleven minutes
The level phase should therefore run a lot faster if you put on heirlooms. Visiting dungeons should also speed up the level itself compared to pure quests.
We therefore want to know from you: What do you think that leveling from level 1 to level 50 with appropriate preparation with Shadowlands will probably be feasible in under 12 hours? Write us your opinion in the comments!
