Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Update 7 is available for download. With the patch, the developers of Asobo Studio simultaneously bring the world update 2 into play: New USA content is waiting for users. As indicated in the patch notes, the update brings four additional handcrafted airports into play: KATL – Atlanta International, KFHR – Friday Harbor, KDFW – Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), and KSWF – New York Stewart International Airport .

In addition, the world update allows players to explore many new attractions in the USA. The new "Points of Interest" include the Capitol and the Washington Monument in the US capital Washington DC. Sightseeing flights over Fort Knox, Monument Valley, Yosemite El Capitan, Las Vegas Strip (at night) and the Gulf of Mexico are also worthwhile. The complete list of all new sights in the USA update for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 can be found in the overview below.

The patch notes also show that in addition to the new content, individual bug fixes and optimizations have also been implemented. The developers were able to fix various causes of crashes, optimize the photogrammetry loading process and eliminate errors relating to the fuel consumption of the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental and the Airbus A320neo. Update 7 is rounded off by corrections for the user interface and individual input devices. You can find the full patch notes on the Developer website.
