The roadmap for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 will be updated by the end of July 2021. In one current blog entry the developers are responding to the planned innovations for the coming months. The next big patch – the Sim-Update 4 – is therefore currently in prospect for May 25th. It is not yet known which changes and innovations Asobo Studio intends to implement with the update – the patch notes should only be submitted shortly before the update release. The fact that additional bug fixes and optimizations are pending is considered set. According to the developers, among other things, autopilot problems with individual Garmin systems are to be fixed.

There is again new content with World Update 5, which the developers are currently adding to the Microsoft Flight Simulator roadmap for June (buy now 69,99 € ) 2020 lists. The focus of the update is on new data for countries in Northern Europe – including Sweden, Finland and Norway. Players can look forward to additional, handcrafted airports, further photogrammetry data, sights and detailed cities.

For the middle of July, however, the makers have announced the Sim-Update 5 – a specific date for this has not yet been given. Asobo Studio has not yet communicated details of the possible optimizations.
