The developer studio Mojang presents some impressive numbers related to the sandbox game Minecraft. As the official blog shows, there are now more than 200 million copies sold and 126 million monthly active players. That means a considerable increase compared to the previous year.

So she not only reviews the RTX beta and the great YouTube success, but also announces some interesting numbers. Accordingly, Minecraft has (buy now for € 21.90) now sold more than 200 million copies worldwide. This is an impressive number in itself, but at the same time it also means a considerable increase compared to November last year. At that time, the sandbox game from developer studio Mojang had 180 million units sold. How the sales figures are distributed across the individual platforms is currently not known.
Also interesting: Minecraft currently has 126 million monthly active players. In this regard, too, the game grew somewhat, compared to 112 million in November 2019. Again, there is no information about the distribution across the various platforms. However, a large part may be active on the PC.
