The third season in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and of course Warzone starts on April 8, 2020. In addition to the free new maps and modes, there is also a Battle Pass available to buy.
For the new and third season in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, there is again a lot of new content in the form of maps, modes, weapons and the paid Battle Pass. The Free2Play-Battle Royale Warzone will also feature new content.
Quads in Warzone
Of course, this does not mean the vehicles with which you can already board through Verdansk, but one new game mode in which your team consists of four players. This team size can be played in both normal Battle Royale and Plunder modes. In order to "force" a little variety in the choice of the shooting iron, there will be new action modes. The first is called "Scopes and Scatter Guns" only snipers and shotguns.
We return briefly to the quads, i.e. the vehicles. They get how all other mobile stands now also have skins.
New content for Modern Warfare
At the start of the season there is three new 6v6 maps. The map Talsik backlot should be familiar to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare players, but players of the current Modern Warfare should also be familiar with the new map Aniyah Incursion already know. It is a smaller version of the 10v10 map Aniyah Palace. The third new addition is called Hovec Sawmill.
Over the course of the season, other game modes will also be added, such as Demolition, Gun Game Reloaded and some Gunfight variants. Further maps are also being planned.
Battle Pass Season 3
For 1000 CP (9.99 Euro) you get the new Battle Pass, if you have been diligent in the last season, you may have earned enough CP with the Battle Pass of Sesaon 2 to be able to buy the new one. There is also a bundle that includes the first 20 levels. The cost is 2400 CP (19.99 euros). For your money, in addition to the opportunity to earn blueprints, you also get two new weapons. At level 15 the handgun gives Renetti and at level 31 the precision rifle named SKS.
One of the new operators is the character Alex from the Modern Warfare campaign. With Ronin and Iskra, the Battle Pass contains other operators.
In addition to the new content, there was also plenty of patching on balancing and some bugs. The M14 EBR discussed in the past few days has been patched. A skin gave the weapon the ability to do one-shot kills, since the weapon was part of the Battle Pass, Pay2Win allegations were made.
Season 3 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone starts today on PS4, Xbox One and PC
