In the rumor mill around a remastered version of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is moving again. At the online retailer Amazon UK, a corresponding product page could be found for a short time – including a release date. The official confirmation is still pending.
A few weeks ago there were the first rumors about a remastered version of the racing game Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. The source at the time was a report by VentureBeat journalist Jeff Grubb. Since that day it had become quiet about this topic – until now. Because meanwhile there is a new reference in this direction, which is even more concrete.

At the online retailer Amazon UK, a product page for the new edition of the racing game Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit recently appeared (buy now) Remastered on. There it was read that the remastered version is said to be released on November 13, 2020 for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One and will cost £ 34.99. That corresponds to the equivalent of around 38 euros. It can be assumed that the new edition – if there is some truth in the whole thing – will also appear for other platforms such as the PlayStation 4. A little later, however, the product page on Amazon UK disappeared again. However, some particularly attentive ResetEra users were able to take a screenshot beforehand as evidence and publish it.
However, the responsible publisher Electronic Arts is still silent on this topic, so that there has been neither a confirmation nor an official announcement of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered. As soon as there is concrete information, you will of course find it immediately in our news section.
