A bug in a key quest in Cyberpunk 2077 made it impossible to continue playing. After a few workarounds, the problem has now been resolved.
The quest "Down on the Street" in Cyberpunk 2077 works properly again and no longer leads to a state in which it was impossible for you to interact with other NPCs. The Hotfix 1.11 is available on all platforms.
In addition to the now intact holocall with Takemura, a problem with item randomization has been fixed. In the weeks after Patch 1.1, another and larger update can be expected from CD Projekt Red, which should bring further improvements and bug fixes.

Cyberpunk 2077: New patch solves many problems and creates a huge new one
Update 1.1 for Cyberpunk 2077 fixes various bugs on all platforms. Unfortunately there is a new problem that makes it impossible to continue playing in a main quest, but an interim solution has already been found.
With the 1.1 update for Cyberpunk 2077, CDPR wants to lay the foundation for the coming improvements. The new update mainly fixes problems that led to game crashes and bugs that prevented the game from continuing in various quests. In a main quest, however, there is now a new bug that makes it impossible to continue the quest.
Takemura is on the line
In the main quest "Down on the Street" at the end you get a call from Takemura. But the phone call starts Takemura hangs silently on the line. Since you cannot hang up, you cannot do anything else as you cannot make or receive any other calls. Loading an older game doesn't seem to help, So you're stuck for now.
Solutions to the bug
The simplest solution is to install the update only after completing the corresponding quest. But since many are already playing version 1.1 of Cyberpunk, there are other workarounds.
Another possibility is while Takemura rings your doorbell, open the journal and choose a quest that requires you to to call someone. From the journal you then call the quest NPC, when the conversation is over, Takemura should have hung up again.
CD Projekt is working on a fix for the problem and also posted a workaround via Twitter:
You can find everything that Update 1.1 has improved in Cyberpunk 2077 in the Patch notes read up. According to CD Projekt Red, 1.2 should come within a week after Update 1.1. The second update should be a lot more extensive and bring further improvements.
