The next film in the Spider-Man franchise could be very exciting. At least if some rumors come true.
Danger! Here are potential spoilers!
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Peter Parker is said to travel to other dimensions. In these he will meet some of the villains and characters known from previous films. Apparently even on other versions of himself. The reliable insider Daniel Richtman has now commented on some of the rumors that are haunted on the Internet. So he explains that we will see Willem Dafoe again. He played in the trilogy of Sam Raimi Norman Osborn, respectively the Green Goblin. In the new flick, he allegedly even takes on the role of the main villain.
In addition, actress Emma Stone, who played the role of Peter Parker’s friend Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of Electro, was actually planned for a guest appearance. But since the actress is pregnant, this scene could be canceled. Daniel Richtman also answered another interesting question. He was asked if, according to his information, actor Andrew Garfield would slip back into the role of the friendly neighborhood spider after the movie Spider-Man: No Way Home, with a yes. Garfield recently denied that he would be in the film, which of course could also serve as a distraction.
Journalist Campbell Clark of LRM Online confirmed that what he said was that the rumors were true. We’ll find out at the end of the year whether this is really the case. The theatrical release of Spider-Man: No Way Home is currently scheduled for December.
