With Pokémon Go Reshiram available in the raids, it was only a matter of time before the next member of the Tao trio became available. And, as previously suspected, it is Zekrom, a powerful electric attacker. From June 16, 2020 at 10:00 p.m., the electric kite will move into the Tier 5 raids of Pokémon Go and make yourself comfortable there.

It was already suspected that the developers of Pokémon Go decided to bring Zekrom into the Tier 5 raids first after the legendary one-of-a-kind dragon Reshiram, and only afterwards the crowd favorite Kyurem. And so the people of Niantic officially announced it. You still have until June 16, 2020 at 10:00 p.m., in the Reshiram Tier 5 raids to meet – and meta players want that because Reshiram is a fantastic fire attacker. From June 16, 2020 at 10:00 p.m. (for us as usual in the morning of the following day) Zekrom then appears in the raids and maltreats your counter-Pokémon with dragon and electro attacks. Zekrom is also at the top of the previous meta in its class and trumps electronic pocket monsters like Raikou or Zapdos in terms of damage throughput. You can find information on how to conquer Zekrom in our counter-guide.

While Zekrom is in the Pokémon Go raids, there are also three legendary raid hours on Wednesdays, in which Zekrom prefers to spawn in the arenas. The raid hours will be on June 17, 2020 between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., then on June 24 and July 1, 2020 at the same time. Nightingale, ick hear your traps: It is strong to assume that from July 7, 2020 Kyurem will also move into the Tier 5 raids, although the Niantic people have not yet officially confirmed that Zekrom will be available for three weeks will be. But that was no different with Reshiram. In any case, joy among the Pokémon Go raiders, because these raid hours are really legendary!
