The Rumors of a Nintendo Switch Pro condense. The fact that the Japanese company should work on a more powerful model of its current game console has been part of the rumor mill for a long time. Now there are new alleged details from Dataminer SciresM, who claims to have found out that the code name of the new switch revision is "Aula" and that the console has a Mariko SoC (Tegra X1 +).
From a Post in the Resetera forum shows that the Switch Pro comes with an improved OLED screen. The Dataminer has not yet decided whether the display supports 4K resolutions. Rather, he suspects that the 4K chip (apparently from Realtek) could be in a new docking station that is intended for operation on a screen. The Dataminer is now assuming that the resolution of the display on a Switch Pro will remain the same. Information on the specifications can be found according to the information from the current firmware versions for the switch.
It remains to be seen whether the reports come true. Keep in mind that Nintendo has not yet commented on a possible new Switch model. Therefore, you should take the information with caution. We will keep you up to date in our news area. The Nintendo Switch (buy now ) came on the market in March 2017. In September 2019, the Switch Lite followed, a model specializing in handheld gaming.
