The makers of Bloober Team have announced their new project with Observer: System Redux. The unveiling is expected to take place next week. According to the teaser for the horror game, it should be a next-gen reveal. The new title will likely be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. The first part of the series, Observer, was published in 2017.
A few months after the first Twitter teaser, the people in charge of Bloober Team with Observer: System Redux have now revealed the secret of the next project. The horror game is presented in a very short video teaser. At the end of the video there is also an indication of a "next-gen-reveal", which should be available shortly. We have included the teaser for you below the paragraph.
It looks like the developers at Bloober Team have already revealed the date of the unveiling. For a brief moment, April 16 was seen as an appointment on Twitter. If this day is right, fans would only have to wait a week for the reveal. The addition "System Redux" in the title of the game could possibly indicate a possible remake or a reboot of the original from 2017.
So far Observer has been released for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Since we at Observer: System Redux can expect a next-gen reveal, the game seems to be available later for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Bloober Team developers have been responsible for Layers of Fear 2 and Blair Witch in recent years. On average, the studio releases a new game every year. It is therefore not out of the question that Observer: System Redux could still appear in stores in 2020. We will keep you up to date with further information.
