The critically acclaimed Ori and the Will of the Wisps has just been released for the Nintendo Switch, you can find the game in the Nintendo eShop. The price for the digital version is a fair 30 euros. After all, Ori and the Will of the Wisps has become a terrific Metroidvania fairy tale that in many ways surpasses even its fabulous predecessor, Ori and the Blind Forest. Ori and the Will of the Wisps has been available for PC and Xbox One since March 2020. In our big test we praise Ori 2 as one of the most beautiful platformer of all time, even if the game had some technical problems when it was released. We will clarify shortly whether the switch implementation does better here, our follow-up test for the switch version is in progress. According to the manufacturer, Ori and the Will of the Wisps should also run on Nintendo Switch with a smooth 60 frames per second. No statement is made about the resolution. You can get a first taste of the visual quality in the official launch trailer for the Switch version and further down in the picture gallery.
