Playstation 5 with backward compatibility up to PS1?

Some editors read from the quote that games from the first Playstation will even run on the PS5. But did Guillemot actually say that?
Some websites are currently reporting that the Playstation 5 released this year should be backwards compatible up to the very first Playstation generation. The reason: at Ubisoft's Earnings Call For the last business quarter, CEO Yves Guillemot said, among other things, about the upcoming console generation, and in the course of this appointment he is said to have said that the entire game catalog of all previous consoles will run on the PS5. This info would also become one supposed leak from January fit.
However, if you listen to or read the entire quote from Yves Guillemot, it quickly becomes clear that you cannot necessarily get an official confirmation of downward compatibility up to the PS1 generation:
"What we are going to do, as do we regularly, is to take advantage of the potential of the new machines. That potential is really high. So we think players will be very impressed by the quality of what those new consoles will bring to the market.
What will also be new in this industry is those consoles will be be running almost all the back catalog of the previous consoles, it will be something new in the industry and will help the old generation to continue to be big consoles on the market for years to come.
That's something new that will actually grow the market. So we will have lots of new machines sold and lots of marketing done to promote the more powerful machines, and on top we will have an increase of the total addressable market thanks to the fact that the old consoles will remain very strong consoles for all the games that will be published. "
In fact, Guillemot speaks equally of the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X, which is why "all the back catalog of the previous consoles " can only refer to the previous, still current generation, i.e. PS4 and Xbox One.
By the way, according to Shin Imai, the editor-in-chief of IGN Japan (PS PC games), are a little less powerful than the Xbox Series X, but a little cheaper. However, Imai did not reveal any specific details, such as the price. Neither did he reveal his source, which is why this information should be used with caution.
