The developers of Pokémon Go have finally changed the field research and the Pokémon available from it. And even if it can be assumed that at least the event field research for the mega battle challenge will change again, we have an overview of the Pokémon for research in Pokémon Go in September 2020 as well as possible Shinys – and for which Research there is mega-energies.
After August 2020 was rather bland with regard to the Pokémon that you can get hold of through completed research in Pokémon Go, because what felt like ages there were mainly fighting Pokémon, a lot has happened with the change to September. Now the psycho pocket monsters are in the spotlight.
For example, Koknodon and Chaneira can be obtained through the current event research in September 2020, the latter even with luck as Shiny. Even Owei, the obligatory Larvitar, Trasla, Abra and Magikarp are not to be despised – of course only if you receive and do the relevant field research. You can see which field research is currently being carried out in Pokémon Go with which encounter rewards in the list below.
It can be assumed that with September 11, 2020 at least the encounter rewards that you are currently receiving from the event research will change, because then the mega combat challenge begins. The event research, for which you get mega energies for Bisaflor, Charizard and Turtok, will remain with you and will be expanded to include Bibor mega energies. As soon as the encounter rewards from the research change, we will of course update the overview for you. You can also see which pocket monsters you can get as Shiny with luck.
