The developers of Pokémon Go have unlocked the mega-evolutions in the game. This also implements a new category of raids, the mega raids. In those you will find particularly defensive Pokémon, which you can then catch in their actual form after a victory – not in their mega development! That is why some of the information in this guide refers to the "normal" version of the pocket monster and not to the mega version, such as the CP values for a perfect 100% IV value.

In the Mega Raids of Pokémon Go you can see Mega-Bisaflor, Mega-Charizard X and Y and Mega-Turtok at the beginning, and in this guide we give you an overview of the useful counterattacks for the fight against Mega-Bisaflor. We wish you a lot of fun and good luck with raiding!

Pokémon Go: Mega Bisaflor as a raid boss

A mega-bisaflor is actually not much different from a commercially available bisaflor, only it deals considerably more damage and takes a lot more. Since Mega Bisaflor is a plant Pokémon, Psycho and Fire Pokémon are particularly suitable for confrontations in the context of mega raids. Two trainers with good Psychostrike Mewtwo can defeat Mega Bisaflor, no matter what the weather. Or they use highly leveled Fire Mon, which becomes more difficult if you cannot use Mega Pokémon. If you want to be on the safe side, take four to seven trainers into battle against mega-Bisaflor.

Mega Bisaflor is boosted in sunny and cloudy weather, but you only really have to worry when the sun is beating down from the sky and Mega Bisaflor has the charging attack solar beam, because it really hits you. The mud bomb loading attack (poison type) can also hit it. Since the attack also has two loading bars, it can hurt, but mostly fairy and plant Pokémon, which you don't want to use in this dispute anyway. The following is an overview of the useful counterattacks for mega-bisaflor:

  • Mega Charizard Y with vortex and fire cannonade
  • Mewtwo with psycho blade and psycho shock
  • Mega Charizard X with vortex and fire cannonade
  • Reshiram with fiery tooth and heat fever
  • Molasses with vortices of fire and sky sweep or heat frenzy
  • Latios with Zen headbutt and psychokinesis
  • Flampivian with fiery tooth and heat fever
  • Victini with confusion and V generator
  • Skelabra with a vortex of fire and heat
  • Simsala with confusion and psychokinesis
  • Metagross with Zen headbutt and psychokinesis
  • Heatran with whirls of fire and flames

Pokémon Go: Catch Mega Bisaflor

As already mentioned, after a victory you will not catch mega-bisaflor, but a normal bisaflor. So if you have successfully completed the fight against Mega-Bisaflor, after the compulsory the freestyle follows and you have the chance to ban the pocket monster in your Poké Ball. Then Bisaflor has 1,554 CP at level 20 with 100% IV values. If Bisaflor is boosted to level 25 in sunny or cloudy weather, then it has 1,943 CP with perfect 100% IV values. We wish you all the best with your hunt!
