Pragmata is a mysterious Capcom sci-fi project that was unveiled last night during the PS5 event. Many details about the game are not yet known. The new IP is scheduled to be released in 2022 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X. In the first trailer, players get at least a taste of what to expect from Pragmata.
After the unveiling of Resident Evil 8 Village, those responsible at Capcom presented yet another project that is already more than mysterious in the first trailer. The new sci-fi game is called Pragmata and is expected to be released in 2022 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X. The announcement was made as part of the PS5 event on Thursday. However, the makers of Capcom did not reveal any details about the project.
The trailer begins with a soldier in a spacesuit in Time Square in New York. With the help of a weapon, the soldier shoots a capsule into the air, thanks to which he can then use his helmet to view past events on the streets. The artifact of a girl suddenly becomes real and runs towards the person in the space suit. Then it gets bizarre. A space station crashes to earth and the protagonists of the trailer are pulled into space. In the end the soldier and the girl look down from the moon at the earth.
At first glance, it could also be a game by Hideo Kojima, who recently caused a lot of questions with Death Stranding. Pragmata is now coming from Capcom and will not be provided with further information until 2021. The PS5 event produced numerous games. Including Horizon: Forbidden West, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Gran Turismo 7, Hitman 3 or the remake of Demon's Souls. We will contact you as soon as there is news about Pragmata from Capcom.
