January 15th and thus also the release of WoW Patch 8.3: Visions of N'Zoth are getting closer and our heroes prepare for the last battle for Azeroth. The Old God, who was able to free himself from his titanic dungeon in Patch 8.2, is targeting the heart of the sleeping titan.
But the great adventure of Patch 8.3 is not just reserved for mortal heroes, after all, the Lich King's forces are also upgrading Bolvar to fight the darkness. On the icy summit of the ice crown, the Lord of the Undead brings back a new generation of death knights, immortal warriors who are to fight against N'Zoth and other, previously unknown horrors at his side. The Lich King's new army consists of heroes of the Pandaren and the Allied Peoples.
Blizzard introduced a few hours ago on the official WoW page the preview for the new death knights in which the developers explain what requirements the new people and class combination require.
With the launch of Patch 8.3: Visions of N'Zoth, players can see the World of Warcraft (buy now for € 26.99): Pre-ordered Shadowlands, Create allies' pandaren and death knights, including Vulpera and Mechagnome, once you unlock them as allies.
First of all: Players wishing to create Death Knights from Heroes of the Allied Races must meet the requirements to unlock them before they can create a Death Knight character. You can find requirements for unlocking allies by moving the mouse pointer over the respective people symbol on the character creation screen. Only Pandaren death knights are not subject to any specific restrictions and can be created immediately.
Pandaren and Death Knight of the Allied Peoples begin their adventure journey in a new starting area, where they are revived as champions of the new Lich King Bolvar in the Icecrown Citadel. After completing an introductory quest series with Bolvar, they embark on their journey as heroes of Azeroth and join either the Horde or the Alliance. Death knights of the classic races (like humans or blood elves) continue their adventure in Archerus, the Black Fortress, as undead servant of Lich King Arthas.
All new Death Knight heroes will receive the iconic mount Acherus Death Chargeronce they have completed the associated questline. The Allied Peoples' death knights also get their respective race-specific mount (Pandaren mounts must be purchased from the dealer!). Traditional armor for Allied Peoples characters continues to be earned by players leveling up to level 110.
Blizzard has not yet revealed exactly at which level the new death knights will start. As with the classic races, it should start at Level 55 then the death knight would be the perfect class choice for players who want to shorten the long level path to the traditional armor of the respective races. At the latest with WoW: Shadowlands however, all death knights (classic and new races) are up Level 10 start.
We already got the new ones a few weeks ago Eye effects for death knights as well as the new passive ability Fourth War Veteran presented. More on Topic Patch 8.3: Visions of N'Zoth can be found on the topic page and in this big special there is everything worth knowing at the start of the new update.
