The list of free games for PS Plus in October 2021 is imminent: The announcement is expected on Wednesday. Even before the release of the Sony line-up, the first leaks are making the rounds on the Internet. Last week we reported rumors about Hell Let Loose for PS5 as a possible candidate for the PlayStation Plus game lineup in the new month. As “Billbill-Kun” on Dealabs reports, the first person shooter is apparently actually part of the October line-up. In addition, the beat’em-up Mortal Kombat X and the golf simulation PGA Tour 2K21 are to be included in the games – both for PS4.

It is not known where Billbill-Kun gets the information from. However, he was already predicting the September games correctly. Whether he had the right nose for the October games, we will probably find out on September 29th, when Sony will announce the list of “free” games on PS Plus for the new month.

The downloads will start just under a week later as usual: The new PS5 and PS4 games will be available from the PlayStation Store on October 5th. To get access, you need an active PS Plus membership. The annual subscription costs around 60 euros. Until the October games are activated, you will still get access to the titles that Sony distributed in September: Hitman 2, Overcooked: All You Can Eat and Predator: Hunting Grounds.
